Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. In the role you will partner with  hyperscale Data Center clients across EMEA to ensure control panels are built to meet customer specifications, delivered on time and within budget. This role would be ideal for someone who is technically proficient, but who has a strong customer focus – building relationships that last has been key to our business success! This role is remote first, with occasional travel as required.

What you’ll do:
  • Understanding requirements and optimising panel design according to customer needs.
  • Create precise customer facing documentation such as project requirements, quotes etc.
  • Manage risks that may impact project delivery, budget and quality.
  • Report in detail as required for Senior Management on the commercial and schedule status of the project.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with industry networks and clients.

What you need:
  • Prior experience in estimating or cost control is essential.
  • Panel building experience with an excellent understanding of panel drawings, existing component details, panel build specifications.
  • Experience with / practical understanding of scheduling and associated commercial implications.
  • Effective communicator a variety of technical and non-technical team members, suppliers, and clients.
  • Excellent Record Keeping and Administration Skills
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Invested in pushing and developing your skillset.
  • An interest in the exploration of creativity to solve business challenges.
  • Keen to work within high performance teams.
