 Recruitment Specialist

If you are experienced in building and extending candidate relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, you are the person we’re looking for!

The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

You will be operating as a Full Life Cycle recruiter, identifying/sourcing profiles, engaging and bringing them through our interview process.

Recruitment and staffing: leading the whole recruitment process from beginning to end, supporting the business in the tremendously high growth we are experiencing.

Proactively source and build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive talent, across all functions and levels.

Managing and running multiple sourcing campaigns

Utilise cutting edge sourcing methodologies to identify and engage with high calibre candidates including social media, database interrogation, utilising job boards etc.

Arrange and participate in client meetings and regular progress review meetings.

Provide excellent customer service on a range of recruitment issues to candidates and hiring companies.

Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures.

Track, analyse and regularly report on hiring progress.

Ensuring acceptable % fill rate is achieved.

Who are you :

You will have a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech/MedTech Industry/FDA Regulated Environment
(Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotech etc.)

Preferred Experience in the Staffing / Consultancy Industry. Internal hiring and/or experience in permanent hires is welcomed.

Proven experience of extensive direct sourcing using up to date sourcing methods preferably in the life sciences sector.

A full valid Irish work permit is required for this role.
